The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to explore all the nearby attractions and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were always polite and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room service was excellent, and we enjoyed the delicious meals in the comfort of our room. The hotel also offered car hire, which made getting around the city a breeze. The 24-hour room service and laundry service were also convenient and enhanced our stay.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, even when they didn't know the answer to my questions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The view from my room was breathtaking, and it kept me entertained when I was stuck in bed due to an injury. The breakfast was tasty, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

Spent a great Easter weekend at a hotel in Manado. Location was perfect, walking distance to local attractions. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering great views. Staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few negative aspects. The breakfast selection was limited and could have been better.

Enjoyed good food, and the maids were nice. Best aspects: the hotel was located in a strategic area, and had beautiful views of the city.

The hotel room had a lot of issues. the towels were old and not clean, the fridge and TV didn't work, and the room service was terrible.
